I'm writing in english cause it's hard to write in french. 3 stars because they didn't know i had a rdv and only had 1of 2 frames i had reserved to try. they were the exact same frame only difference was the one that didn't arrive had a clip on. i said i wanted the one with the clip on because it was a 10 euro difference but the optician said it wasn't available cause of stock error even though she had no idea i was coming with reserved frames. otherwise she was very nice and the rest went well.

I had to go back to get some lenses. I arrived almost at the same time as people leaving the store but the door had closed. I saw the manager who saw me in front of the door. I rang the bell and made him aware of my presence but he gave me a big look. gesture telling me to look elsewhere basically I was shocked very bad experience! To avoid.
After 4 months of waiting and totally inappropriate behavior from the team... my paid order is still not available! The pompous boss Brami Igal calls customers to insult them on the phone... Never seen before... A shame! To avoid !

Few businesses know this, but all nighttime lighting (illuminated signs, illuminated windows, screens, etc.) are prohibited by law between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m.... you risk a fine of €1,500.

I have been a customer of this optician for a little over 10 years. I recommend this store for their friendly welcome and wise advice. Mathieu is exceptional, I almost always follow his advice for choosing my glasses with my eyes closed.
A disaster ! An order placed in October, 4 and a half months later, nothing received! This day the boss contacted me and insulted me on the phone! After several orders I don't understand their hatred, the employees have discriminatory and inappropriate behavior! I want my money and documents back or a complaint will be made against management.
